The rooms here are newly remodelled and beautifully maintained in good condition. The breakfast is satisfactory for vegetarians, had APPETISING food. Its location to S-bahn which will bring you to all the places you want to go is magnificent and quiet.

The location here is excellent and quiet, within walking distance from Hachinger Bach River, and they offer good service and an incredibly nice breakfast with free wifi.

The room was a nice size with a comfortable bed. A microwave, an electric kettle, and refrigerators were available. - the location of the hotel was convenient - around 10-15 minutes walk from Sankt Korbinian. - There was a good restaurant, a market and convenience stores next door.

Awesome weekend getaway! Had a great time with my family. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and filling. Really enjoyed the helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and it only took 15 minutes to get to Munich! It was a great value for the money.

The room was quite small and cramped for four people, and there wasn't enough ventilation in the bathroom. It was also disappointing that there was no mini-fridge in the room.

I stayed at Hotel Demas in Unterhaching for a week on a business trip. The room was clean and modern, with a great rain shower by Hansgrohe. The small balcony connecting to our friends' room was a nice touch, perfect for families or friends traveling together. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the railway station and with a restaurant across the street and a supermarket below the hotel. The price was very affordable, especially considering the ensuite bathroom and the free WiFi and TVs in every room. a great value for money, and I would stay here again.

With kids, this hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood outside the city. We used this as our base and it was 5 mins to the local station from where you could access all of Munich, and with the family travel pass this made it a great value location. Nice to leave the city each evening.

I was at first concerned about the location as we were only staying one night and we were visiting the Marienplatz, Viktuallenmarkt, and the Augustiner beer garden. But the S-Bahn station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel and then only a 15-20 minute trip to old city and main train station. Hotel is fairly new, very clean and modern, and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful (and make excellent cappucino). Large parking garage under the hotel, as well as outside parking, and a convenient grocery next door.

Wi-fi signal was very poor in the evening but better in the morning. No a/c but was not needed as weather was cool and rainy.

It is situated on top of a Penny supermarket, which is very convenient for any last-minute grocery needs. The rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with a small window for ventilation. The staff provides good service and attention to detail, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They spoke fluent English and helped us with the train schedule and deciding our Munich itenary.

The jacuzzi was out of order (we needed that after a long day of exploration). The staff did not know about the VAT form, so this caused some confusion in our price. We never did get to an understanding.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Its location in a very quiet neighborhood, only a 5-minute walk from the train station, is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms are in good condition and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep.

In terms of improvements, the only minor issue we encountered was that the towels were not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned during our stay. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel.
